Our commitment
KunstKontor advises private and institutional collectors on all matters relating to the acquisition, sale, and preservation of works of art.
Our focus is on classical modernism, post-war German art, and selected paintings, drawings, and sculptures from the 19th and 20th centuries. Another area of activity is the management and development of art estates. We assist in the establishment, documentation, and maintenance of collections and estates and develop art and educational projects in collaboration with contemporary artists.
In the area of individual works, we represent and advise our clients on the purchase and sale of works of art. The creation of work documentation, research, and expert opinions are also part of our field of activity.
Premises
After several years of holding exhibitions, presentations of works, and events at external locations, KunstKontor moved into its premises at Taunusstraße 39 in Wiesbaden in 2010.
This is a traditional location with strong ties to 19th-century and modern art.
